Continuing Legal Education

Chicago-Kent College of Law is an accredited provider of Illinois Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). The Office of Continuing Legal and Professional Education (CLE) at Chicago-Kent offers live conferences and video lectures in a variety of substantive areas of faculty scholarship and substantive expertise. Each year, conferences on Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation, Federal Tax, Nonprofit Organizations, Federal Sector Labor Law and IL Public Sector Labor Law, Futures and Derivatives Financial Services Law, and Litigation Technology offer participants an affordable opportunity to network with other practitioners, discuss current issues and trends, and problem solve with those that write, teach, and practice in the area.

The Office of CLE also offers one hour, online/on demand video lectures on topics of faculty research such as Cloud Computing, Happiness and the Law, and Copyright and Social Media issues. Several new video lectures will be forthcoming in the Fall.
